As for how it all started, when Frankie was a young boy, he said he always had a passion for football. He would watch with his dad from a very young age, believing he could be one of the players, dreaming about one day. From there, his dreams became reality. This gave him the motivation to keep going working at a young age.
Throughout Frankie’s journey to becoming a captain, It was most definitely a long, determined grind.Through all the days of discipline, the nights of training, the hard time
s, One thing has stayed consistent. This would be his father. Frankie says,
The special relationship with his dad has kept him motivated through the ups and downs of a football career. A truly strong and motivating father-son connection.
As for how Frankie got to this point in his career as captain, he says “I had to stay on task and focus on what needed to be done” He also directed his focus at working on not only being a leader on the field, however as well as off the field and making the responsible decisions. This is important as a captain of any team.
