In the Norwalk Bears boys lacrosse team home opener they had an exhilarating overtime win against Fitch. How was the team prepared for this game and most importantly their season? We interviewed senior caption, Tyler Belinsky to find out more information.

To prepare for the season we had weight lifting Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday in order to get stronger to compete in the FCIAC. Before lifting as a team we would all go to the wall to work on our stick skills. Also, on Saturdays we had stick skill, shooting, and game training at Bobby Valentines with a former Norwalk High lacrosse player.
