Boy’s Lacrosse Pushing to States
7 wins is the goal
The Norwalk Bears Boy’s Lacrosse team are trying to break the 10 year drought of not making states. The Bears need 7 wins to advance to states and are currently 4-6. The team started the season off hot with a 3-1 record. They slowed down a little but they are starting to pick it up again with a great win over Westhill. Starting attack, Nick Fatone stated,”The season is going very well. We are playing at higher level than we have in the past and hope to knock off some teams that we lost to last season.” Nick also believes the team is capable of advancing into the State Tournament, “We only have to get three more win and this team is very capable of doing that, we need to keep up the high energy and good spirts.”
