Girls Lacrosse Team Looking to Make Some Noise this Season
The 2022 Norwalk Girls LAX team looks to make some noise in the state this season.

After a 2-14 season last year for the Norwalk High Girls Lacrosse team, the Bears look to improve upon their record this year and make a push for the playoffs.
Captain’s Sofia Imbrogno and Sara Spielman, who have been on the team since they were freshman, have talked to great extent about how “connected” this team is and how they could be a true “underdogs” in the state.
Imbrogno when asked about her season goals said she wants,
“to maintain a solid work ethic and positive mindset as team. I want us to be better than the day before everytime we step on the field.”

Spielman on the other hand discussed the future of the team stating,
“I’m excited to grow as a team and push the limits… I’m very excited to create a very open environment for the team so everyones welcome.”

The common theme for the team this year seems to be, “to get better every time you step out onto the field”.
The girls open up their first game of the year on the road against #12 ranked Greenwich!!
