Thenya Taiyanides was a two sport varsity athlete in both field hockey and lacrosse which she then became captain for both sports.

In this podcast with my sister, Thenya shares some of the humorous stories from her experiences as both a high school and collegiate student athlete.  Ms. Taiyanides graduated Norwalk High School in 2012 and then went on  to play Division 1 lacrosse at Sacred Heart University. This then lead her to coach field hockey and lacrosse in New Cannan. She now is into the field of law and is currently working as a paralegal. This podcast will give you a laugh, great advice, and  the perspective of sports through both a student and coaches eyes.
