Ethan Hudson, the start standout running back for the Norwalk High Bears football team isn’t only racking up accomplishments on the field. After running for 111 yards and scoring 2 touchdowns in the annual Norwalk High versus Brien McMahon thanksgiving day game, Ethan set his sights on the lines around the field.
The Great Coach Moffett gave us input on how it is coaching this great athlete. Coach Moffett spoke on Ethan’s incredible work ethic and how he “understands that changes aren’t made overnight”. Ethan is in the weight-room constantly and is a “naturally fast athlete” and knew Ethan was gonna be great since the first day he joined track. “What are three words to describe Ethan as a player?” Coach Moffett responded with “Ethan is a hard working, talented, and humble individual. When I told him he tied the school record he said ‘cool, I have to run faster’. He’s not a celebratory kind of guy. Very modest.”
Ethan has been playing football and track his entire time at Norwalk High School and has showed continuous dedication and commitment to each sport. Utilizing all his resources to become a better athlete. Coach Moffett says coaching a freak athlete such as Ethan helps him become a better coach, “I tend to learn as much from them as they learn from me”.
